This is a very active hotel.  New owners are renovating and I have eye witness accounts of recent

Remember:

A ghost investigation is waiting around in the dark for something to happen.
Waiting for a spirit to knock on the wall or move something on the floor.
It can seem like we have sat all night and nothing happened..
But when we Review our audio, usually we find something. Bring your own equipment or use ours.
Everyone should bring their own flashlights. and Extra batteries.
Smart Phones make great audio recordings, video recordings and Photo's.

A liability form must be signed before investigation begins.

Release of liability you may  print and fill this out to bring with you.

We cannot guarantee you will have a paranormal experience
ghosts don't show up just because we want them to.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes
Everyone must have a ticket.

NO VAPES ALOUD DURING INVESTIGATION 

1. We reserve the right to not allow attendance or eject anyone from our events for any reason to maintain a good experience for our guests. 

2. Attendees who appear to be highly intoxicated or under the influence of any substances impairing their judgement will not be permitted to participate. 

3.Any individual or group that disrupts the peace or show lack of respect to our tour guests, surrounding businesses, property or people will be asked to leave the tour and premises.

4. Stay with the group and listen to your tour team members (if any).

5.  Some areas of the building may not be accessible. Venturing on your own onto private property or beyond the group setting, will be grounds for ejection from the tour. 

6. We cannot guarantee that you will attain any evidence or experience anything paranormal during the investigation. 

7. Schedule may change and cancellations may occur. We will do our best to not let this happen, but it occasionally does. We will contact you to let you know of any major changes that may affect the
